This is disgusting behavior and unacceptable. And literally the ONLY person to help us. I had to go to the bar and I am thankful Ashley C was pleasant enough to help us. I guess I had hopes a server would want to serve me and my friends. The whole staff except Ashley C continued to show they didn't care if we were there or not and if we had refreshments or not. Then I was stupid enough to stay at 810 and hand them more money to play pool. I wonder if the owner knows how people are treated, if the owner is ok missing out on food and alcohol sales, and is the owner is ok with how his business was ran and presented to us yesterday? "Our server" looked like he was on drugs or something anyways. This is a Discussing way to run a business. Isn't that strange they can find any Random person to take my money for the game but not one to take our order and make sure we we doing ok. So as our hour was over I went to go back and pay and that's when the woman at the desk told me I had to pay the server. We couldn't get help and it was not even busy. My friends and I were hungry and were wanting to buy food and adult beverages. When I asked for help they said they would find my server. Not only did they change the way you pay to bowl but no one explained that to me. This time I took two of friends who speak very little English. I have been here multiple time in the past with my white English speaking friends and everything was great. I really felt discriminated against on this visit. So i only see 810 going more downhill at this point and it really is a shame as it is in a great location but you need experiened employees and not a bunch of kids that are here today and gone tomorrow. Whatever the dispute was with the one customer I am sure it was warrented for T to talk back and manager should have backed her up. This week at Music Bingo was told T was let go and i am in shock because she literally kept the place running and the customers happy. I was in there Sunday night and could not get my bill to leave as the kid was overwhelmed. She knew you by name and was excellent where most of their waitstaft are a bunch of kids that don t know what they are doing and can t handle mutible requests. I have been a long time patron of 810 for years and I am there every Monday for Music Bingo and also other days of the week for other things and actually have kept going there because they had one of the best waitresses I have ever seen as their food is only average and we literally have waited 1 1/2 for a pizza that never came last month and just cancelled it which was due to a new manager not being able to manage the kitchen and we wern't the only table who waited over a hour trying to get food that night but we still came back because of T and her great service and they use to have food specials on their happy hour but since covid they only do drinks and there are much better places to eat in Market Commons that actually offer wonderful happy hour food along with the drinks.
